• A poll will be put on the forum each month with the names of all the writers of training logs in the previous month who haven't won the prize before.
• The writer of the most popular training log will be emailed to verify postal address (sorry- UK only) using their registered email address.
• In the event that the email is not replied to within the week then the next placed winner will be contacted.
• Only registered users can vote and will be eligible for the poll.
• Once someone has won the prize they become ineligible for future draws.
• The prize will be either a Ronhill Jacket or Leggings/Tracksters in a size of the winner's choice. These are all subject to stock, and should stock be unavailable then a suitable alternative will be proposed.

• The writer of the most popular thread on the forum in the previous month (judged by post count not view count) will win a t-roller from t-roller.com.
• The writer of the most popular thread will be emailed to verify postal address (sorry- UK only) using their registered email address.
• In the event that the email is not replied to within the week then the next placed winner will be contacted.
• Only registered users can win this prize. Threads started by Guest posters will be discluded.
• Once someone has won the prize they become ineligible for future draws.

• Prizes will be awarded to the first and second placed teams who will be contacted on the email their account is registered to. In the event of winning teams being uncontactable or ineligible to win, then the next placed teams will be selected.
• The prizes are a £70 evoucher and £40 evoucher to be spent at therunningshop.uk.com. These vouchers cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative and expire after a year. Spot prizes will be mailed to winners in the post, and winners will be contacted by email to verify address.
• No employees of The Running Shop or those associated with the competition design and scoring (Alan Wales) will be eligible for prizes.
